Hammond's Michael Tyler lays out for the game winning TD catch!
North Charleston - In the best SCISA Class AAAA championship game yet, Hammond and Porter Gaud played four quarters of exciting football. Hammond would score and the Cyclones would answer. Unfortunately, there are only four quarters in the game and there weren't enough seconds left on the clock when they go the ball back.
Final score: Hammond 28-21.

Larry Gamble Photo Editor, HSSR Orangeburg - In the SCISA Class A football championship game, Williamsburg Academy and Colleton Prep gave their fans the best championship performance so far. Trading scores, trading big plays that keep fans excited during the first half. Then, the mistakes by both teams started and the Stallions were able to capitalize better on the score board. In the end, Williamsburg wins 36-14.

Larry Gamble Photo Editor, HSSR Orangeburg - The game opened like it might be a close sparring match between the two teams that unseat perennial championship competitor Hammond. Heathwood opened the game powerful drive to put the first points on the board. After that, the game turned decidedly one sided as Northwood matched the threat dominated the game.
