Official Souvenir Game Programs - Advertising and Shout Outs!

Each school gets a customized game program dedicated to their school and accomplishments. All programs will have player rosters for both teams.

Custom features that are school specific: Welcome Letter from Principal to the fans, Football and Cheer team photos, local advertisements that honor your school, the teams, individual student athletes, and congratulations on an outstanding season.

The Game program is a great way for businesses to show support for schools in their area and families to recognize the accomplishments of their student athlete!

Ads can honor individual players, cheerleaders, or the whole team!

Ads may include pictures, bible verses, and stats

PDF Form and Print Ready Content Submission - Deadlines

Wednesday, Nov 29th: needed by 8pm - (for Class AA ads and content)

"Welcome Letter" from school principal, also need photo of themself or with their family (full page in program).

Team Photos for Football and Cheer

PDF of team rosters, probably starting line-ups, and season record with dates, teams, and scores.

Thursday, Nov 30th: ALL content needed by 5pm

Final deadline for all ads to be in the programs.

*** All congrats ads placed in your schools program earn double credit to an ad in the HSSR publication helping provide coverage for your school's teams for one year. Each advertiser receives a one year subscription to the High School Sports Report! ***

Please submit print-ready material in a .png or .jpg or in a "best for printing" PDF; via email due to the short timeframe.

b. If using a cell phone, send photo in original (or best) resolution (not small!).

c. Ad formats (sizing) listed on order form, can submitted as .pdf or .png or .jpg
